I have been a complementary therapist for the past 12 years, and I have worked Holistically at FREED-Beeches since the centre opened 8 years ago. I undertake regular and up to date training in my field of expertise by attending lectures, support group events, regular practice updates and new courses. I offer a wide range of therapies which help support our clients through the recovery process. The provision of weekly therapy helps balance the body and mind, and can help offset the anxiety or stress that going through such processes can sometimes invoke, it helps promote well-being, restores sleep patterns, helps achieve equilibrium and body balance and help support the immune systems, as well as providing stress relief and relaxation.

Clients are carefully monitored to be sure that each treatment is positive, safe and a beneficial experience is achieved.

Complementary Therapist

Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage

I first became interested in holistic therapies over 12 years ago following a 10 week 'appreciation' course at my local college. Since then I have qualified in the therapies above.

Creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere through treatment is an excellent way to communicate, gain trust and have a positive effect on a clients well-being.
